Welcome! My name is Susan Meerdink.  I am currently a MA/PhD student in the Geography Department at the University of California Santa Barbara.   I worked with Dar Roberts in the Visualization & Image Processing for Environmental Research (VIPER Lab) with a focus on hyperspectral remote sensing and vegetation characteristics.  Before studying at UCSB, I attended the University of Northern Iowa pursing a BSc in GIScience: Environmental Emphasis, as well as a BA in Ecology with honors research.
